What the marketplace supports today
Search validates your dates and guest count, then checks published rooms against capacity, stay limits, availability blocks, amenities, and active pricing.
Search results show the effective nightly price and stay total before taxes. A cleaning fee is included in the stay total when the active room or pricing rule defines one.
Not yet. OneNivaas currently supports account access, property publishing, availability-aware search, and stay details. It does not claim to create a reservation or take payment.
