Refund eligibility is measured from the property’s scheduled check-in time. Any fixed deduction shown below is applied after the refundable percentage.

Refund amounts and deadlines

1. More than 1 month before check-in

   90% refund

   Calculated from the refundable payment amount. A ₹1,050.00 fixed deduction is then applied.

2. 1 week–1 month before check-in

   70% refund

   Calculated from the refundable payment amount. A ₹1,050.00 fixed deduction is then applied.

3. 2 days–1 week before check-in

   50% refund

   Calculated from the refundable payment amount. A ₹2,000.00 fixed deduction is then applied.

4. 1 day–2 days before check-in

   25% refund

   Calculated from the refundable payment amount. A ₹1,500.03 fixed deduction is then applied.

5. 2 hours–1 day before check-in

   30% refund

   Calculated from the refundable payment amount. A ₹3,000.00 fixed deduction is then applied.

If none of the windows above applies when you cancel, the refundable amount is ₹0.

After scheduled check-in

Your booking record

The version you accept and the acceptance time are frozen with your booking. Later policy changes do not alter that record or your refund calculation.
