After scheduled check-in
Cancellations made after the scheduled check-in time are not calculated automatically under the pre-arrival refund windows. OneNivaas reviews the booking record and applicable circumstances.
Your booking record
The version you accept and the acceptance time are frozen with your booking. Later policy changes do not alter that record or your refund calculation.
